How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our website guarantees your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed.
Once shipped: 
Standard US Shipping: 5-7 business days

All online orders are shipped from Orange County, California.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted. All original tags must be attached. 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: earrings  and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number. You can visit the website of the shipping service used and enter the tracking number to check on the status of the delivery your package.
