If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in new condition. 

If the returned item is: worn/used, washed, or *seasonal the package will be redelivered. 

*Seasonal items are non-refundable ( Christmas, 4th of July, St. Patricks day etc. )

    To process your refund we require proof of purchase. 

    Refunds are for Store Credit Only. Refunds to your original form of payment will be processed if your item arrived damaged/defective or was unable to be delivered. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the total amount refunded/credited.  



    To process your exchange we require proof of purchase. 

    Please indicate your reason for the exchange, and size/item you would like to exchange your item for. 

    Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an email with your new tracking number.  



    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    Event Merchandise

    Items purchased at Events are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different size/color/item if the product is unworn and in new condition.
